He was at IBM Colombia for 15 years and was IT manager, Sales Manager in Large Accounts in the financial sector, Sales Manager in strategic accounts. Then for 15 years he was at NCR Colombia as Executive President and Chairman of the Board. He was president of Afina Colombia, Ecuador and Peru (Afina NOLA Region) for 7 years.
Apart from being an entrepreneur and Director of companies, he is an expert in Business and Commercial Strategies, as well as in Change Management and Human Capital.
Vision
Hugo Valderrama has been compiling the most important and most read articles of the last 15 years and with them he has been assembling his tenth one that has a guiding and integrating line but which is, in turn, a book whose chapters are self-contained and can be read separately according to suits or likes the reader.
Later, he will continue writing more articles and publishing more books, as he creates and narrates more experiences and teachings.
